Hydraulics online hydraulic hose fittings are used when a fitting need to be crimped onto a hydraulic hose. They will have a hydraulic barb that is there to insure it will not pop off while under pressure. All hose fittings are crimped according to the required specifications of the relevant hoses. When selecting a hose fitting you need to identify whether you are looking for a male or female fitting, what type, and size the threads need to be, and what size hose it will be crimped on. Hose fittings come in the following thread types, male or female:

- NPT
- ORFS
